SHIPPING POLICY

Starting on 10/01/2020:

Any orders or requests placed between 10/01-10/11 will be shipped out starting 10/12/2020 on a first-in, first-out basis.

Non-local delivery: general orders placed Thursday-Sunday and before 2:00PM CST on Sunday will be fulfilled and shipped the following Monday-Wednesday, excluding holiday weekends.

This is to prevent orders from sitting in a shipping warehouse over the weekend.

 

Local delivery: general orders placed from Monday-Thursday and before 2:00PM CST on Thursday will be locally delivered on the nearest weekend.

Ex 1. An order placed for local delivery on Thursday, 10/01 at 3:00PM can expect local delivery by the next Sunday, 10/11.

Ex 2. An order placed for local delivery on Thursday, 10/01 at 9:00AM can expect local delivery by Sunday, 10/04.

 

Please note that lumière will do our best to complete local deliveries in a timely manner - currently there is only one person completing deliveries. We appreciate the patience!

If an order is placed but cannot be fulfilled (out of stock, backorder, etc) or if there are any shipping or local delivery delays, lumière will notify you via email on how to best complete your order.
